5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jomwin33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Instant Bank Transfer. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been fully met.
5.4 Processing Times. e-Wallet withdrawals are targeted for processing within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for processing within one (1) business day. These are target timelines and may vary; jomwin33 does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jomwin33 is committed to preventing money laundering and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and delay or cancellation of pending withdrawals.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by jomwin33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 jomwin33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by Users, except where fraudulent activity is detected.
6.3 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, collusion with other players, or systematically exploiting promotion terms, will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and, where applicable, recovery of any withdrawn amounts obtained through fraudulent means.
6.4 Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and any pending winnings derived therefrom that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement within the stated period will be removed from the Account automatically.
7.1 All bets placed on the jomwin33 Platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the User except in circumstances expressly provided for in game-specific or sportsbook-specific rules.
7.2 jomwin33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including but not limited to incorrect odds or pricing due to system error — and to reinstate the original stake to the User's Account. jomwin33 will provide notification of any such voiding.
7.3 In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body shall be final, subject to jomwin33's internal review process.

10.3 jomwin33's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
